  • Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or new releases).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Custom Orders: 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order weight and size

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • U.S. territories (optional: add if applicable)
  • International destinations (optional: add or remove depending on your business)

If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you immediately.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Lunari Jewelers is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information

If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible we may not be able to change it once the order has shipped.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier.
  • For lost or stolen packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • If your items arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to reach a fair solution.

8. International Shipping 

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

9. Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items

Some items may be marked as pre-order or made to order. These items have longer processing times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
