Refund and Returns Policy

At Lunari Jewelers, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Final-sale or clearance items
  • Piercing jewelry (such as earrings) that has been worn
  • Gift cards

If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly noted on the product page.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide approval if eligible.

  2. Ship the Item
    Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  3. Inspection & Refund
    After we receive your return, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures faster processing and availability.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will quickly resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a refund at no cost to you.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)

  3. Contact your bank

  4. If issues persist, reach out to us directly

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Gift Returns

If you received a gift and wish to return it:

  • You may receive store credit for the value of the item once it is returned and inspected
  • An order number or the purchaser’s name is required to locate the gift order
